Trip to Nova Scotia, New Brunswick & PEI - Day 2

 

Today finds us in Canandaigua, NY in the Finger Lakes region. Here we toured Sonnenburg Gardens & Mansion State Historic Park, one of the nation’s most extensively preserved Victorian estates. This 50 acre site included beautiful gardens and a magnificent 1887 Queen Anne style mansion. 

Continuing east we arrived at the historic 1926 Queensbury Hotel in Glens Falls, New York; where we will enjoy a welcome reception and dinner before overnighting. The evening was spent playing cards with Nancy and Jim Parker.
